About The Box

When will I be billed?

Upon signing up you will be charged for your monthly, 3 month or yearly rate for the current cycle.


Monthly plans will automatically renew on the date of your initial sign up each month thereafter until cancelation.


3 Month plans are a one time payment and will not have recurring charges. 


Your annual subscription will renew every year on the date of your initial sign up. 


The cut off deadline for the next month box is the 20th of each month.

Once my box ships, how long will it take to arrive?

Each Sweet Retreat box will ship out after the 25th of each month for the next month. Once in transit it may take 5-10 days to receive your goodies! For example:

  • August box (shipped after July 25th, received by first week in August)


  • September Box (shipped after August 25th, received by first week in September)


*Please note your first box will depend on when in the cycle you signed up. The cutoff date for each box is the 20th of every month.

For Example if you sign up for a 3 month subscription on or after July 20th, you will receive August, September and October Box. If you sign up after July 20th you will recieve September, October, and November box. (Don't forget this plan does not renew, and if you would like to continue your subscription you will need to choose another 3 month or add a different plan.) 

Can I change plans?

Yes! Change or Cancel at any time!

How do I manage my Subscription?

You can change or cancel your subscription anytime by logging in to your Sweet Retreat Account. From there, navigate to "My Account," click on "My Subscriptions," then select your active plan. From there you can cancel, and then choose your new plan if you choose to do so.

What if my box has Damaged/Defective items?

We aim to have high standard for ourselves and our product when it comes to quality. If any product from our box arrives to you damaged or in unusable condition we will return or exchange no questions asked. Please email suppport@sweetretreatbox.com to notify us of the concern (list specific product, name, address, order number, and concern) for further direction to complete your return.

Also, please note that due to inventory changes, we cannot always guarantee that an exact replacement for a damaged item may be available. If a replacement for the damaged item is available, we will be sure to send you tracking information once your replacement has shipped.

In such cases where a replacement item is not available, we may provide you with a partial refund on your subscription that covers the value of the damaged item. The partial refund may take up to eight weeks after your request has been submitted and processed.

*Unfortunately Packaging can become banged up or bruised in transit. We can not guarantee a refund if our boxes come to you in poor conditions, as long as all of the sweetness inside arrived to you undamaged. 

What if I don’t like what I get in my subscription box?

If you are not satisfied with the items in your box, you can return the entire box and get a full refund within 30 days from the date you purchased it. You must return the box and each item included in new or “like new” conditions (in their original packaging).  

*Exclusions include: food products (including spices).

Sweet Retreat reserves the right to deny refund if any of the requirements are not met.

To start a return, email our team with your name, address, order number and a detailed description of your complaint.  Once processed, and all requirements are met you will receive a full refund for the product(s) you wish to return less the original cost of shipping.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Your plan can be cancelled at any time. To prevent being billed for the next month’s box, you must cancel your subscription prior to the next billing date.


Please note that canceling your plan does not cancel any open orders. If your account status becomes inactive after your plan was renewed, your cancellation will take effect for the following box and you will still receive the box that you were charged for. Once your account is charged, we cannot cancel your order.

What is your Refund Policy?

If you choose to cancel your 3 month or yearly plan you will be refunded for the remainder of the cycle at a prorated amount depending on the time of cancellation and number of boxes shipped.


*Any refunds for annual plan or 3 month subscriptions will be adjusted to cancel out plan savings/discount.

About The Retreat

How can I reserve my spot?

Go to our retreat page from our home menu. From here you can see our current and future resort destinations! Click on which destination you would like to reserve, make your deposit and your spot will be held!

When is the Payment due?

We require $250 upfront as a non refundable deposit. This will be put towards the total of the retreat. The remaining amount will be due 10 days prior to the event.

If the second part of your payment is not paid 10 days prior to the retreat date, your spot and deposit will be surrendered. No exceptions. 

What is your cancelation policy

Cancel at anytime, just keep the second part of your payment and your spot will be surrendered. As supporters of our business we hope you understand our time is valuable, we have spent untold hours thoroughly designing our retreats. As a precaution to ensure our retreats go as smoothly as we plan for our remaining guests, your original deposit is nonrefundable. We thank you for your understanding and continued support!
